Who runs Companion?

Companion was founded in 1998 by two partners - Barbara Groeneveld and David Silsbury.

Barbara is a qualified Dutch economist and concentrates on client and consultant relations, keeping abreast of all relevant employment, tax and social security laws. Born and bred locally, Barbara is well versed in the local way of doing business.

David is an experienced CA Gen consultant and provided the basis of Companion's technical background. He has worked in IEF/Composer/COOL:Gen/AllFusion Gen since 1988, coming to Holland in 1995 to work as a COOL:Gen consultant. He was a co-founder of the CCCCC (now in new hands) and can often be found helping out with technical selection and interviews.
